We provide a free service for musicians to host and distribute music. By registering you confirm that you accept our Terms and Conditions outlined below:

- You agree to only upload content that you own the rights to (i.e. you created it).
- By uploading content to auditioner.co.za you grant auditioner.co.za the non-exclusive right to distribute the content in any way we see fit without your further permission or notification.

Since the rights are non-exclusive, you retain your rights as a copyright holder. You can of course sell it or distribute it elsewhere - you own it!
